I came to yoga later in life when, at the time a self-confessed 'gym rat', found myself in physical therapy due to a lack of stretching. It was on my PT’s recommendation that I try yoga. I’d also struggled at that point for years with severe anxiety and panic attacks. The more I practiced, both the physical aspects, asana, and meditation, the more centered, peaceful, and content I felt and the anxiety and panic attacks all but completely disappeared. I began to feel it was my calling to guide and be of service; hoping to help others to find the peace and physical well being this beautiful thing called yoga has brought me. I teach all ages, all levels of physical abilities; believing if one can breathe one can 'do' yoga and practice Mindfullness. I am E-200hr, Child, Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs, Yin, Level 3 Reiki, and Level 1 Yoga Nidra certified and Yoga Alliance Registered.
